Mr. Doku is a licensed professional engineer, with more than fifteen years of comprehensive civil engineering design, planning, project management, program management and construction administration experience.

Mr. Doku has worked as a consultant in water-related development work internationally including: completing feasibility studies for market-based community water supply systems in Ghana; the construction of a donor-funded community water supply system in Zambia; and design of volunteer-based water, sanitation and wastewater projects with Engineers-without-Borders in Ghana and Tanzania; and completing field-based infrastructure improvements feasibility assessments for the US government in Central Asia.

Mr. Doku is an alumnus of New Jersey Institute of Technology, New Jersey and American University’s Kogod School of Business, Washington DC Mr. Doku has also collaborated with American University’s School of International Service on a research paper with a working title The Geopolitics of South Sudan’s Independence: The United Nations, Missionaries and Land-based Resources.
