The City of Ottawa sought to better understand the current use and application of women, gender equity and anti-racism considerations in data, policies and programs. The City of Ottawa selected Feminist Data and Research – FRD Inc. (FDR) to design and conduct a baseline study on the City of Ottawa’s women, gender equity and anti-racism data collection and use. The key deliverables are a report with analysis, Data for Equity Strategy (DS4E), the Data Work Plan and concrete recommendations to inform the Women, Gender, Equity Strategy and the work of the Anti-Racism Secretariat.
